The planned Shenzhen Metro 14 and 16 lines will pass Pingshan, where there are subway stations.

Shenzhen Metro 14 Line has 17 stations, which is expected to be completed in 2022. 14 line connects Futian Central District, Buji, Henggang, Dayun New City, Pingshan Center and Kengzi, supporting the entire eastern development axis and covering the north-south traffic demand corridor in the eastern region.

There are 24 stations on Shenzhen Metro 16 line. The line is led out from Universiade Station and laid along Longgang Avenue, Huangge Road and Changping Road. After crossing the old center of Longgang, it will go south along Shenshan Highway to Pingshan Station, and after crossing the central area of Pingshan, it will be laid along Dongzong Road and Jintian Road to Tian Xin.

On February 26th, Pingshan District Government organized offices, old city reconstruction, track office, public security, publicity, traffic police, health planning, community and other departments, and cooperated with Feixi Joint-stock Cooperative Company and the main body of house demolition, * * * dispatched more than 500 workers and 25 vehicles to demolish seven rent-seeking shops, including Baoshan Clinic at the intersection of Shenshan Road and Baoxi Road, and demolished about 2,200 square meters of buildings.

Seven shops are located in the renewal project of Feixi City, and the property owner is Feixi Co., Ltd., and the demolition compensation agreement was signed with the project developer on 20 15.

With the approach of favorable policies for subway construction, the main construction of the cultural center station of subway 16 line needs to demolish the shops there. However, the tenants headed by Baoshan Clinic began to pay the rent maliciously from May 20 17, demanding compensation for the "sky-high" rent, and even conspired with six other tenants to boycott the negotiations, thus delaying the normal construction of the subway.

On the day of demolition, the staff cleaned up the items in the house and sent special personnel to preserve the evidence by means of video recording and photography. All removed items are stored and kept in designated places.

As you can see at the scene, most of the houses are abandoned, rusty and uninhabited for a long time. The staff began the demolition operation only after ensuring that all kinds of articles in the house were safely removed from the site and properly placed. By 7: 00 pm, all buildings were demolished, providing a working face of nearly 3,000 square meters for the construction of the subway 16 line.
