I. Personnel arrangement

According to the requirements of operation mode and post management, the number of engineering personnel remains unchanged at present to ensure the operation of hydropower system. Second, the work plan

(1) Strengthen the service consciousness of the engineering department. At present, the engineering department needs to further improve the service level, especially in the way and quality. Our department will regularly and irregularly carry out training on service awareness and methods to improve the service quality and efficiency of our employees.

(2) Improve the system, clarify the responsibilities, and ensure the benign operation of the department. In order to better play the role of engineering department as a good link between property development and merchants, we should improve and perfect the working system according to the service form to make it more suitable for the current work. From the system of equipment management and personnel arrangement, the work is truly rule-based and standardized. Through the implementation of the system, clear responsibilities, to ensure the sound development of departmental work.

(3) Strengthen equipment supervision and cost awareness. The engineering department is responsible for the maintenance and management of all facilities and equipment, which is directly related to the control of property costs. Be familiar with the operation and performance of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. When operating according to the specifications, the engineering department will supervise the gravity area according to the requirements of relevant work to ensure the equipment is equipped, maintained and effective; And plan the maintenance of facilities and equipment to specific individuals.

(4) Carry out training, strengthen study and improve skills. At present, the service scope of the engineering department is still relatively limited, especially limited to the structure of its own knowledge. (5) According to the characteristics of facilities and equipment maintenance, formulate corresponding maintenance plans and refine work objectives.

Energy consumption usually accounts for a large proportion of the daily cost of property companies, and energy saving and consumption reduction is an effective means to improve the efficiency of companies. The key to energy management is:
