Introduction of IFC Fuzhou International Financial Center Project

Fuzhou Guojin Center covers an area of about 15624.6 square meters, with a total construction area of 125000 square meters and a building height of 220 meters. The project consists of a 3-storey underground parking lot, a 47-storey main tower and a 3-storey commercial podium. The 47th floor of the main tower will be built into a super Grade A office building that meets the international leading standards, and the super-high level hardware facilities will provide luxurious, efficient, safe, comfortable and environmentally friendly office environment for the settled customers.

An office building with 17m double lobby and a height of 4. 1m was vacated on the first floor to realize an open and optimized spatial pattern and design. 27 elevators with a maximum of 6m/ international brand, environmental protection double silver LOW-E hollow unit glass curtain wall, leading optical fiber network, intelligent management system, double-loop power supply, VAV constant temperature air conditioner and sufficient fresh air volume will set a new international office standard. This project is the design of the central core tube, which is flat and square, giving consideration to efficiency and flexibility.

The project is managed by Savills, a global super-high-rise property service expert, to provide international high-quality property management services to customers. The commercial skirt building provides high-end business supporting services such as international luxury brand stores, high-end restaurants, banks and financial chain institutions to meet the business and leisure needs of international business people.
