According to the information released by public comments, Hegang Times Square starts at 9: 00 am on the third day of the first month and is open to the public during the Spring Festival. It is a place for the general public to entertain and relax.

Times Square is located at Hegang entrance of Hegang-Dalian highway, covering an area of 60,000 square meters. It is the largest square in the city at present.
