How did Shuangxi Bay in Sui County become Kangqiao Zhiyuan?

Shuangxiwan changed its developer, developed it for Cambridge, renamed it Cambridge-Zhiyuan, and changed its property rights.

It used to be Jianye, but now it is Cambridge's own property, which should belong to Cambridge's agent management.
