For the installation of charging piles in residential areas, the state has a clear support policy, while the relevant policies of provinces and cities are slightly different.

If you want to install charging piles in residential areas, you generally need the following steps:

1, first confirm with the property personnel whether the installation of charging piles is supported. If there is no hard condition for installing the charging pile, there is no way to install it and the next step cannot be entered.

2. Take the car purchase certificate, parking space use right, parking space owner's ID card, parking space permit construction certificate, etc. Apply for an electric meter in the business hall of State Grid.

3. Contact the installation service provider for construction. Some users can be installed by the 4S shop for free, so they need to contact the 4S shop in advance.

4. After the installation is completed, it can be put into use only after it is accepted by the power supply enterprise.

The new regulations and standards of residential charging piles are different in different regions, as follows:

1. Guangzhou stipulates that property service providers shall cooperate with the owners and relevant units in the installation, maintenance, maintenance and transformation of facilities and equipment related to new energy charging piles.

2. Beijing stipulates that charging piles in units and residential areas should be encouraged to open to the outside world, and charging facilities in fixed parking spaces should be "fully loaded". Therefore, the policy is to encourage users to install charging piles in parking spaces, and residential properties should actively cooperate with owners to install charging piles.

3. Hainan Province stipulates that charging piles shall be built or charging conditions shall be reserved in new residential areas according to 100% of the allocated parking spaces; To solve the problem of insufficient capacity in residential areas, property service enterprises shall not refuse charging piles to enter residential areas on the grounds of insufficient power capacity without the confirmation of power supply enterprises.

In addition to the above areas, major cities or regions in China will also introduce laws and regulations on residential charging piles one after another. Since the development of new energy vehicles is the general trend and driving electric vehicles is conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction, it is legally supported for users to install charging piles according to regulations, and the property should actively cooperate with the owners to install charging piles without proper conditions.

There must be a power of attorney issued by the property to agree to install charging equipment and a certificate of use of fixed parking spaces. If the charging pile is to be installed, it must be approved by the property. This mainly depends on the communication between the owner himself and the property. If the property agrees and meets the installation conditions, apply to the power supply station where the community is located.

In the demonstration project, we should give full play to the role of existing public facilities, strengthen the cooperation between government and enterprises, innovate the construction and operation mode of urban charging infrastructure, improve relevant standards, norms and supporting policies, explore various advanced and applicable charging technologies, sum up the development experience of replicable and popularized charging infrastructure, and accelerate the popularization of charging infrastructure.
