When the property right is transferred, the owner or property user shall settle the property service fee or property service fund. In other words, the obligations of the lessee are stipulated in the house lease contract, so it has only the obligation to pay the rent to the lessor, but not the obligation to pay the property management fee. The obligation to pay the property management fee comes from the agreement in the property management contract. According to the provisions of the property management contract, the property management company shall collect property management fees from the owners. In the housing lease contract, the lessee and the lessor agree that the lessee shall pay the property management fee, and if the property management company also agrees to charge the lessee the property management fee, the lessee shall pay the property management fee; If the lessee fails to pay the due property management fee, the owner shall bear joint liability.
