Chapter VII of Anhui Province Property Management Regulations

The meanings of the following terms in this Ordinance are:

(1) "Self-use equipment" refers to a set of facilities such as doors and windows, sanitary ware, pipes, water, electricity and gas meters used by the owners and property users in the house door;

(2) "Self-use part" refers to the part of the door of the house that is jointly occupied by the owner and the user (including the patio and courtyard occupied by the owner on the first floor);

(3) "* * * used parts" refers to the main load-bearing structural parts of the house (including foundation, internal and external load-bearing walls, columns, beams, floors and roofs, etc.). ), outdoor walls, hallways, stairwells, raised floors, corridors, etc. ;

(4) "Property facilities and equipment" refers to water supply and drainage pipelines, downpipes, water tanks, booster pumps, elevators, antennas, lighting, boilers, fire-fighting facilities, green spaces, roads, street lamps, ditches, ponds, lakes, wells, open squares, non-operating parking garages and public welfare facilities used in the property management area. These Regulations shall come into force as of 20 10 10 1.
