Can't residential property management be done by property companies?

1. More than two-thirds of the owners and more than two-thirds of the residents in the residential area agree to set up a preparatory group for the owners' meeting to prepare for the owners' meeting;

2. The owners' meeting elected owners who are enthusiastic about public welfare, have a sense of responsibility, are enthusiastic about public welfare, have enough time and have a certain level of management as the owners' committee;

3. The owners' committee sends a letter to the property management company, asking it not to renew the property service contract after the contract expires;

4. If the property management company withdraws due, all the construction materials, files and drawings of the community will be handed over to the owners' committee;

5. The owners' committee shall perform the duties of community autonomy and self-management.
