(2) There are roads and venues, and stalls can be set up, which belong to the owners of the community. Although it is not illegal to set up a stall at this time, all owners of the community or owners of properties and property management companies have the right to ask them to vacate the site and remove obstacles. In other words, unless all the owners who own the property or * * owners agree or authorize, they can't set up stalls in some sites of the community owners.

3 "Regulations on the administration of city appearance and environmental sanitation" fourteenth. No unit or individual may pile materials, build buildings, structures or other facilities on both sides of streets and public places. Due to special needs such as construction, temporary stacking of materials and erection of non-permanent buildings, structures or other facilities on both sides of streets and public places must be approved by the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation of the people's government of the city, and the examination and approval procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions.

4. Article 36 of the Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation commits any of the following acts, and shall be ordered by the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation of the people's government of the city or the unit entrusted by it to stop the illegal act, clean up, dismantle or take other remedial measures within a time limit, and may also be fined:

(a) without the consent of the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation of the city people's government, setting up large-scale outdoor advertisements without authorization, which affects the city appearance.

(two) without the approval of the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation of the people's Government of the city, stacking materials on both sides of the street and public places without authorization, and erecting buildings, structures or other facilities, which will affect the city appearance.

(3) Dismantling environmental sanitation facilities without approval or failing to carry out demolition according to the approved demolition plan.
