What are the completed communities in Wangjing area?

There is a big gap in the grade of Wangjing's residential areas, from the early 2w to above 5w. Moreover, there are many communities, and people who have just arrived in Wangjing are often confused. Let's try to list some communities we know. Villa and mansion such as Huigu Genyuan Garden, Green Class, Ocean Wanhe Mansion are not included.

The first grade: Poly Central Park (new site, complete apartment layout and remote location), Donghu Bay (new site, large apartment layout, good location, good living environment and expensive apartment with bay), olive city, Ke Rong (the best second-hand house in Wangjing), Cai Hua International (good community, convenient living and large apartment layout) and F District of Atlantic New Town (the best one in Atlantic New Town).

The second grade: Ji Jing Qinyuan (Wangjing was second only to Kerong, with high property fees and excellent clubhouse), Beijing chansons (very new, nice house, close to Jingcheng), Yijingwan (the house has a large apartment, while the expensive one has a studio), Baoxing Hua Ting (Baoxing Garden Phase III, large apartment, I don't know who bought it), and Huigu Sunshine (multi-storey). Grade 3: Baoxing International (Baoxing Garden Phase II), Guofengguan (large apartment, quite affordable), Urban Moonlight (notorious), Ark Garden (guarding the Central Academy of Fine Arts), Huading Family (large apartment), Zuo Ying, the summer capital (superior location, small community, large apartment), Qicai Jiaxuan (beautiful house, no community), Du Kang, Australia (the most remote). Huajiadi is located in the northwest of Li Nan, Huajiadi Community (old, but some school districts are expensive, so you should study them carefully when buying them), Baoxing Garden (this is much worse than Phase 2 and Phase 3, and you are barely in the third grade).

Although most people who go to Wangjing go to olive city and secondary buildings first, the largest supply of Wangjing is a large number of 4-level 2-2.5w residential areas, especially Wangjing Xiyuan and Nanhu, which are huge areas and occupy the whole center of Wangjing.
