1990165438+10: President RICS visited China and met with various ministries.

1992: RICS has arranged a one-week visit plan for Vice Minister of Construction of China.

1993: The School of Real Estate Management, University of Reading, UK opened a diploma course in quantity measurement recognized by RICS in Shanghai.

1994: The training project (overseas development management) funded by the British government began to train land management cadres of the State Bureau of Land Management in China.

1996: RICS conducted the final interview for the first professional competence evaluation of quantity measurement in Shanghai. In the same year, RICS Shanghai Group was established.

1996: the training course funded by the overseas development management fund ended, and the national meeting of the State Bureau of Land Management was held in Beijing. Jeremy Bayliss, Chairman of RICS, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

June 65438+July 0997: The School of Real Estate Management, University of Reading, UK opened a diploma course in industrial surveying recognized by RICS in Shanghai.

June 5, 2000-438+10: RICS conducted the final interview for the first professional competence evaluation of industrial surveying in China, and produced the first chartered industrial surveyor in China. With the help of RICS' professional competence assessment, RICS Chairman Jonathan Harris and his party visited the leaders of the three major appraisers' associations in China.

2000/0 1: RICS approved HKU to introduce master's courses approved by RICS through the "China University Network" platform composed of three China universities.

June 2, 2006 5438+0: RICS China Leading Group was established and held its first meeting.

200 1-2006: Every newly elected RICS Chairman's Meeting will visit China.

September 1 day, 2005: RICS signed a cooperation agreement with Tsinghua University to establish the Tsinghua University IIEPM-RICS Learning Center.

In February 2008, RICS, the only Chinese website in the world, was officially launched, which indicates that China members will have a professional mother tongue communication platform.

In July 2008, RICS Chinese website won the "RICS Global Best Service Innovation Award".

In July 2008, the first joint meeting between RICS China Branch and Hongkong Branch was held in Chongqing.
