The old renovation of 653 mu in Shencun East Area of Foshan has been finalized, and Lianbaichuan has been transformed into Aoyuan Group.

It is reported that Aoyuan Group is behind this enterprise.

Net News: Recently, according to media reports, Foshan Shencun East District signed a contract with Foshan Bailian Consulting Service Co., Ltd. as a pre-service organization.

The new media learned that Shencun East Area belongs to Shencun Economic Society (old factory building property) and six economic societies (old villagers' residence) of Nandong, Nanxi, Yonghong, Renhe, Northeastern and Northwest, which is the largest one in the whole renovation of Shencun.

According to the data, the overall demolition land area of the project is about 653 mu, of which the old village area is about 397 mu and the old factory area is about 256 mu. According to the preliminary assumption, after the reconstruction of Shencun East Area, the total scale and volume will reach/kloc-0.23 million square meters, and the reconstruction budget investment will be about/kloc-0.64 billion yuan.

At present, the reconstruction project of Shencun East Area has passed a series of procedures such as street project establishment and democratic voting. On March 28th after the end of the publicity period, we formally signed a two-year initial service contract with Bailian Company.

It is reported that Aoyuan Group is behind this enterprise.
