Does the property company have the liability to pay compensation for the stolen property?

1. Personally, I feel that the property service company has no responsibility to ensure personal and property safety. In other words, no matter whether you pay the property service fee or not, the property enterprise does not have this responsibility.

The property company shall be exempted from liability if it performs relevant patrols in accordance with the property service contract. If they don't perform the patrol as stipulated in the contract, the property company will breach the contract and can claim compensation according to the breach of contract.
