Introduction of Wenfeng Ancient Street Project

Wenfeng Ancient Street is located in the key core area of planning control in Nanping District, and the project is divided into "one street, one garden and two pieces". "First Street" will develop and build an antique traditional commercial street, starting from the first bridge of Fujiang River in the west and reaching Yancang in the east. It is the core area of this project planning, with a length of about 1 1,000m. Relying on Hongyadong, a famous landmark in Chongqing, we will build Hechuan Ba-custom cultural commercial street integrating tourism, catering, leisure, culture and entertainment.

"One Park", namely Binjiang Ecological Culture Park, is located on the east side of the project, covering an area of about 150 mu. Make full use of its original gully terrain, develop rivers and lakes, create beautiful ecological wetlands, organically integrate park greening into urban environment, and improve regional greening level and landscape goodness. Riverside Ecological Culture Park can not only enhance the image of the project, but also be the green lung of Hechuan Cheng Nan area. This ecological green boat bears the traces of the times, historical changes and profound cultural heritage, creating another business card of Hechuan City and enhancing the spatial taste of the whole city.

"Two pieces" refers to the east and west residential areas on the south side of the project, with townhouses, multi-storey garden houses, small high-rise and high-grade residential areas on the east side and multi-storey, small high-rise and medium-grade residential areas on the west side. Attracted by the scenic commercial street and the riverside ecological cultural park, the development of tourist commercial real estate will effectively promote property development and realize the commercial and cultural value of residential areas.
