The water pipe at home is broken and the property is not maintained. Is it in compliance with property management regulations?

Property management regulations are aimed at areas and public areas shared by some owners. For the indoor part, please refer to the Property Law. Whether the property needs help depends on the property service agreement signed by both parties. Give you an analysis from several aspects:

Property assistance: 1, the house has just been delivered, which belongs to the house inspection stage of rough or fine decoration, and the property will help contact the original house construction unit for maintenance;

2. The house has been delivered for use, and the original water supply and drainage pipeline of the blank house has not been changed during the renovation period, and it is within the warranty period of the house (see "Two Books" for details);

The property does not help: the warranty time and agreed warranty scope in the "two books" have been exceeded (the water pipe layout has been changed).

Suggestion: Go to the community customer service center to see the "paid service publicity" before deciding whether to maintain the property.
