These Measures shall apply to the business activities of aerial spraying, aerial photography, aerial photography, performance flight and drone pilot training in People's Republic of China (PRC) (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) using unmanned aerial vehicles with a maximum empty weight of 250g or more. These measures are not applicable to unmanned aerial vehicles for passenger and cargo business flight activities.
