Tips for joining Shanghai Property Management Industry Association

Association members include unit members and individual members. All property management enterprises that have obtained the business license of this Municipality according to law and enterprises and institutions with independent legal personality related to this industry can join the association as unit members. Individuals who have obtained the qualification certificate of national registered property manager can join the association and become individual members.

Membership procedure

(a) written documents submitted by units or individuals to the secretariat of the association for membership;

(2) The Council of the Association authorizes the secretariat of the Association to fill in the complete information of the unit or individual on the website of the Association after passing the preliminary examination;

(three) approved by the secretariat of the association, issued a member logo and certificate.

Company members must meet the following conditions to join the club:

(1) Having obtained the business license of this Municipality according to law and having the qualification of an independent legal person;

(two) to recognize the articles of association and abide by the self-discipline convention and the relevant provisions of the association;

(3) joining the association voluntarily.

Written documents required for members of the unit to join the club.

(a) application for membership (signed by the person in charge of the unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(two) a copy of the business license of the enterprise (must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(three) a copy of the organization code certificate (stamped with the official seal of the unit).

Individual members must meet the following conditions

(1) Obtaining the qualification of a national registered asset manager according to law;

(two) to recognize the articles of association of the company and abide by the self-discipline convention;

(3) joining the association voluntarily.

Written documents required for individual members to join the club.

(1) application for membership (personal signature);

(2) A recent bareheaded photo;

(three) a copy of the certificate of the national registered asset manager;

(four) a copy of the personal identity card or other valid documents.
