6. The installation of all electrical appliances shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Power Supply Bureau. All wires must be protected by PVC pipes, and wires shall not be directly embedded in any part of the property.

7. The electricity consumption for decoration construction shall not exceed the installed capacity of the renovated residential unit. It is forbidden to connect and pull the power cord without authorization. After consultation with the property management company, under the supervision of the manager, the manager will connect the temporary power cord at the designated location, otherwise all consequences will be borne by the owner/tenant.

8. Management of gas supply facilities and gas appliances (must meet the standards) Installation, maintenance, dismantling, modification and construction must be carried out by professionals with professional qualification certificates, and users are not allowed to install, dismantle or modify them without authorization. According to the relevant regulations and requirements of natural gas companies, natural gas pipelines shall not be altered, buried or sealed.

9. In order to keep the appearance of the community clean, coordinated and unified, the colors of windows, balconies and exterior walls shall not be changed at will, and the balcony function shall not be changed; No changes shall be made to beams, columns, upper and lower plates, balconies, terraces, passages, load-bearing walls and other structures.

10. Without the approval of the property management company, advertising signs shall not be displayed or hung on the external walls of residential areas and buildings.

If the decoration period is based on the agreement between the owner and the decoration company, if it is one day, the decoration time generally follows the regulations of the local environmental protection bureau, that is, residential decoration generally stipulates that noisy decoration can be carried out from 8 am to 8 pm, and noisy decoration or decoration behavior can not be carried out at night. If the business and office are far away from the residential building, the decoration time is the opposite.

In the "Regulations of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Further Strengthening the Management of Residential Decoration", the decoration time is also stipulated according to the noise regulations of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and it is also stipulated that noise decoration is not allowed on holidays.
