And developers are unwilling to bear the property costs during the period when the house cannot be repossessed due to the quality maintenance problems of the main body of the house! Although it is under maintenance, the maintenance progress is very slow. Three bay windows have affected the main body of the house and have not been dealt with. The marble of the three bay windows was badly scratched, which was not up to the delivery standard. I have repeatedly asked it to be replaced and repaired, but the real estate developer has not handled it. Because in the process of replacing marble countertops, the main body of the house will be affected, that is, it is necessary to reinstall windows and safety guardrails to replace marble, which directly leads to my failure to complete the house collection in time. I communicated with Hongyang House, and Hongyang House didn't give a clear answer to the maintenance period, and refused to bear the property fees caused by quality problems (affecting the occupancy of the house) during the maintenance period. Because the cost of prosecution and evidence collection is far greater than this cost, the developer took a negative attitude towards this matter, and I was forced to accept unfair repossession through delay.
