If the construction noise disturbs people, consult with the person in charge of the site and the person in charge of the company, and ask to stop the construction at night, or at least reduce the construction noise at night.

If negotiation fails, you can confirm whether the site is qualified for night construction with the local environmental protection bureau, urban construction bureau, urban management and other relevant administrative departments, and make a complaint and report, demand rectification, and investigate and deal with such behaviors.
