Public energy consumption allocation method:

1. Electricity consumption of each unit * * * Electricity meters shall be installed in each unit building, and the sharing method shall be shared equally by households.

Monthly calculation formula: amount shared by each user = metered electricity fee of this unit/[this unit accounts for users+(vacant households of this unit ×70%)]

2. The public lighting community shall set up a summary table of public lighting, which shall be shared equally by all owners of the community.

Monthly calculation formula: share of occupancy per household = residential public * * * landscape lighting electricity fee/[number of households occupied+(number of vacant households ×70%)]

Public energy consumption in property management includes three aspects:

1, electricity and energy costs

Mainly refers to: electricity for public lighting, public elevators, public pumps, fire-fighting equipment and facilities, security monitoring equipment, greening facilities, buildings and residential quarters, and community broadcasting.

2. Water and energy costs (including public sewage charges)
