Hello!

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, there are more and more residents with cars in the community, and some residents have several cars, which leads to the problem that the parking demand is greater than the actual parking space. However, the shortage of supporting parking spaces in residential areas is an objective reality.

It is impossible for a community with a serious shortage of parking spaces to meet the parking needs of all vehicles.

There are self-employed households? Go upstairs and get something to eat? Or? Have any relatives or friends come to visit? For various reasons, relevant vehicles are required to enter the community for parking.

Since there are only sold parking spaces and monthly parking spaces in the parking lot of this community, if there are no temporary parking spaces, the management office will provide more humanized services for the business households, facilitate these business households, release the aforementioned vehicles, and only allow vehicles to temporarily park in the public passage on the first floor of the community.

However, the management office later found that some vehicles were parked for too long without the permission of the owners, causing traffic jams in the community. In addition, many children in the community have to play in the garden during holidays and after school every afternoon, which is easy to collide with vehicles. On this issue, the majority of owners have a loud voice and strongly reflected to the management office.
