Sewage lift pump is a combination of pump and machine, which is usually set in a collecting well (pit) to work. Its installation method is similar to other types of pumps, and it is divided into two forms: fixed installation and mobile installation. Mobile installation is relatively simple and is often used to install small water pumps. Hoses are usually used for outlet pipes. The fixed installation is complicated, and it is usually used for large submersible pumps with automatic coupling devices.

1, the power cord of the water pump must be connected with the supporting electric cabinet or the supporting thermal relay protection, and not directly connected with the main power supply. When installing, repairing and replacing the water pump, the power supply must be cut off first, and live operation is strictly prohibited.

2. No matter whether the self-coupling guide rail or rubber hose is used, the free fall of the anchor chain and power cord of the lifting pump should not exceed 20 cm, otherwise it will be cut off by the inlet of the suction pump.

3. Before using the automatic coupling installation system to operate, the dirt in the pool must be cleaned. Adopt mobile installation. When the mud at the bottom of the sump is too thick or there are too many sundries, the pump should be lifted more than 30 cm away from the bottom of the sump.

4. No matter whether a single pump or two pumps are connected in parallel, only vertical and horizontal baffles or Y-shaped ball check valves can be used, otherwise the check valves will block or double pumps will circulate water.

5. Before the water pump is used, it needs wiring for trial operation. When it is put down and viewed from below, it is correct for the impeller to rotate counterclockwise. It is correct to shake clockwise after standing and electrifying. During commutation, any two phases of the three-phase power supply can be commutated, and commutation operation is strictly prohibited, otherwise the pump will vibrate, the water quantity will be reduced, and the injection will be weak, and the cumulative commutation operation for more than 200 hours will undoubtedly be destroyed.

6. When the water pump is put into the water tank or slid into the water tank along the self-coupling guide rail, the water pump chain must be slowly pulled down. Do not drop or pull the water pump cable to lower the water pump.

7. The water pump motor is water-cooled, and the pump stop point of the automatic liquid level switch should be located at the top of the water pump. In the process of long-term use, whether it is automatic or manual, it should not be started frequently, generally not more than six times per hour.

Construction and installation scheme steps of sewage lift pump

(1) pouring concrete foundation. The unit foundation is usually poured with concrete labeled as C 15 or C20, and it is constructed by one-time pouring method. In order to ensure the foundation to bear a large load, the foundation is usually made into a pyramid shape with a small top and a large bottom, or cast into a whole with the bottom plate of the collecting well (pit). The top surface of the foundation should be horizontal, and the anchor bolts should be embedded.

(2) Install the guide rod and the pump seat. Lift the pump base and slowly lower it to the foundation of the device. The bolt hole on the pump base is opposite to the anchor bolt embedded in the foundation. After leveling the pump base with a level, tighten the anchor bolts. The bottom of the guide rod is connected with the pump seat through threads, bolts or plug-ins, and the top is connected with the support frame. Support frame and guide rod are usually made of carbon steel pipe, stainless steel pipe or galvanized steel pipe.

(3) Install the pump body. Lift the pump body, put the coupling device (coupling device, water pump and motor are usually integrated equipment) into the guide rod, and make the pump body slowly descend along the guide rod until the coupling device is connected with the water outlet elbow on the pump base, and ensure that the water outlet pipe of the pump coincides with the center line of the inlet of the water outlet elbow.

Matters needing attention in construction and installation of sewage lift pump

1, submersible sewage pump is automatically controlled by liquid level automatic control device. In addition to the float liquid level switch, if the sewage contains no or only a small amount of suspended impurities, this type of automatic liquid level control device can also choose an input pressure sensor and a supporting secondary instrument. The automatic liquid level control device installed in the sewage pool (collecting well) should be as far away from the water inlet as possible.

2. According to the relevant provisions of the current code, except the connection part of the movable installation hose is made of fabric reinforced rubber hose, the drainage pipe of the submersible sewage pump can be made of hard water supply plastic pipe, centrifugal cast ductile iron water supply pipe, steel pipe and combined pipe. The bearing capacity of pipes and fittings shall not be less than 0.6MPa.

3. The installation method of submersible sewage pump used in building fire elevator sump should adopt two fixed pipes or two fixed autotransformers. The effective volume of sump should not be less than 2.0m3, and the rated flow of submersible sewage pump should not be less than 36m3/h. ..

5. A control valve, a check valve, a flexible rubber pipe joint and a pressure gauge shall be arranged on the discharge pipeline of the submersible sewage pump. 6. A single submersible sewage pump weighing more than 80kg should be embedded with a hook on the floor or beam above the manhole of the indoor sewage pool (collecting well) for lifting the submersible sewage pump during installation and maintenance.
