Is it illegal to pile things in your own parking space?

Legal analysis: piling in your own parking space is not illegal. Parking spaces approved by the competent authorities can apply for property certificates according to the land use and contract, and the property rights of underground parking spaces belong to commercial and residential nature. This title certificate can only be used for the first-hand housing business after the developer applies for the general registration of real estate, and the service life is determined according to the use of land property rights. Therefore, piling in your own parking space is not illegal.

Legal basis: Article 93 of the Building Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) belongs to the owners, except those belonging to urban roads. The green space in the building division belongs to the owner, except the urban public green space or the express individual. Other public places, public facilities and property services within the building division are owned by the owner.
