2.0 Before starting, check whether the main switch in the power distribution cabinet, the air switch in the frequency conversion control cabinet and the rotary switch on the panel are in the "off" position, and whether the water level in the pool is too low or overflows;

3.0 When starting the machine, first turn on the switch of the power distribution cabinet, then turn on the air switch in the control cabinet, and then turn the automatic switch to the left. When the control power switch is turned to the left, the system should start working.

4.0 The control panel can display data such as set pressure, actual pressure, current, voltage and speed; Do not change the set pressure without authorization.

5.0 When shutting down, first turn the control power switch to the middle, then turn the automatic switch to the middle, turn off the air switch in the control cabinet, and finally turn off the switch of the power distribution cabinet;

6.0 Copy the operation records and equipment operation at the specified time, do a good job of cleaning and hygiene everywhere on a regular basis, and conscientiously implement the regulations on pump room management.

7.0 The control cabinet must be electrified for a long time. When the water pump is not started, the change-over switch should be in the "start" and "mobile phone" positions, the pump room should be ventilated and dry, the door should be locked, and outsiders are not allowed to enter.

8.0 If the water pump does not start after startup, check whether the water level in the pool is too low. At this time, the low water level indicator on the control panel is on, and it will not be started until the pool is full.

9.0 If the variable frequency pump cannot run, turn the function switch of the control cabinet to the manual position; Manual water supply, but it must be controlled at 2-4.
