What items will be submitted for inspection after the second-hand house is transferred?

Please note the following points in the submission:

1. Check the base of the water and electricity meter of the house, ask the former owner to pay the fees owed, and ask the former owner to provide the payment invoice;

2. Check whether the sewer in the house is unobstructed. If the water below is not smooth, you need to ask the original owner to ask a professional dredging company for dredging (the dredging fee is not cheap);

3. Go to the property service company to check whether the house property fee, secondary pressurization fee, garbage cleaning fee and all fees collected by the property have been paid by the original owner. If so, ask the original owner to provide payment invoices.

4. Go to the property to find out how to handle the secondary decoration procedures and charges.
