What does China Resources Wan do?

"Wan" is a campus recruitment brand established by China Resources Vientiane Life for the property management business, aiming at selecting, cultivating and developing students from advanced schools to become middle and senior management talents in the property management service business.

China Resources Land adheres to the strategy of using endogenous talents, and the key positions are mainly internal training. More than 60% of the company's middle and senior managers are recruited by the school.

According to the school enrollment and training development plan, we will carry out a "three-year training plan", with competence in the first year, advancement in the second year and independence in the third year.
