Does property security have the power to enforce the law?

Legal analysis: Property security has no law enforcement power. Security guards shall promptly stop illegal and criminal acts in the service area, immediately call the police to stop invalid illegal and criminal acts, and take measures to protect the scene. Judicial organs, administrative organs and public security organs, etc. Have the right to enforce the law, and the specific law enforcement personnel shall be subject to the provisions of each unit. People in government agencies and institutions themselves do not have the power of administrative law enforcement, but can only implement the power of administrative law enforcement under the authorization of laws and regulations.

Legal basis: Article 29 of the Regulations on the Administration of Security Services. In order to perform security service duties, security guards can take the following measures:
