How many years is the warranty period of new residential property?

The warranty period of each part and region is different.

1. The foundation and main structure shall be guaranteed within a reasonable service life (70 years for residential buildings);

2. Warranty content and warranty period of all parts under normal use:

Waterproof roof for 3 years;

Leakage of wall, kitchen floor, basement and pipeline 1 year;

Wall and ceiling plastering layer falls off 1 year; The ground sags and cracks, resulting in large-area sand production 1 year;

Cracking of doors and windows and hardware damage 1 year; The pipeline is blocked for 2 months;
