That old property has worked in the community for more than ten years. At the beginning, the work was done wholeheartedly, the community was clean and orderly, and the owners were satisfied.

Later, I don't know why, the sanitation of the community is getting worse and worse, and dirty things such as confetti and packaging bags can be seen everywhere on the corridor. Some people complain discontentedly, and the property always complains impatiently: for a while, the wages of workers were too high; Later, I felt that the property management fee was too low. Anyway, there are problems that can be discussed and reflected, but the hygiene is not good. Who is not depressed when I see these dirty things every day?

At the end of last year, the community finally changed to a new property, and the property fee did not rise at all, but it was still paid according to the original charging standard. But the working style of the new property is completely different.

The dirt road about two meters next to the garbage house is always muddy when it rains. Despite walking carefully, the mud was still covered with shoes. Now an inclined cement road has been paved. Even if it rains heavily, rainwater can flow down the slope into the sewer. In this way, we don't have to worry about rain or walk carefully.

Sometimes, in order to cut corners and don't want to go around a big circle, many people walk through the green belt and abruptly step on a path that is not a road, which affects the appearance. The new real estate is intimately paved with grass bricks, forming a veritable road. In this way, everyone can walk with peace of mind and also walk with peace of mind.

There is a parking space in our building with green belts on both sides, so the car can't go. The green belt turned into a driveway, and over time, a muddy path was pressed out. The new property not only carefully paved a grass brick slightly wider than the car body, but also erected two fences on both sides, which tasted like a small farmhouse and was many times cleaner and more beautiful than the original one.

There is a row of parking spaces opposite our building, which is connected with the community fitness area. For convenience, people often cross the seam sideways. Nowadays, a stainless steel railing divides the fitness area and the parking lot into two completely different areas, and this road is no longer impassable, which simply and effectively solves the concern that vehicles are scratched.

The community is quite large, and my footprint has not spread to every corner. These are just some small changes that can be seen. The changes in the community must be more than that!
