Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Management of Pet Feeding in Petroleum Bases Article 1 In order to further standardize the pet feeding behavior of residents in petroleum bases, these detailed rules are formulated according to the National Standards and Scoring Rules for Demonstration Residential Areas of Property Management, the Measures for Property Management of Urban Residential Areas in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Provisions on the Management of Pet Feeding in Hami Petroleum Base, and in combination with the actual situation.

Article 2 These Detailed Rules shall apply to the management of pet keeping in Hami Petroleum Base and Shanshan Petroleum Base (hereinafter referred to as the base).

Three-pet limit

(1) Ornamental dogs, cats, homing pigeons and birds raised by families of residents in the base;

(two) the residents and units in the base are prohibited from raising poultry, livestock, dogs and other animals.

(3) It is forbidden to keep any kind of pets in the employee apartments of the base.

Four restrictions on the number of pets

According to the principle of combining self-management with supervision, each household is limited to raising ornamental dogs with a height of less than cm, or only to raising ornamental cats, or homing pigeons approved by the residents' homing pigeon association (within the limit), and only the following ornamental birds can be raised.

Five responsibilities

(1) The headquarters authorized Hami Property Management Company to conduct daily management of pet keeping in Hami base;

(2) The headquarters authorizes Shanshan Property Management Company to carry out daily management of pet breeding in Shanshan base;

(3) The oilfield health and epidemic prevention department is responsible for immunization and quarantine;

(four) the public security department is responsible for the centralized rectification and supervision of public places;

(five) the community service management office is responsible for supervision, coordination and assessment;

Article 6 Provisions on the administration of pet keeping license and registration

(1) If the residents of the base keep pets, they must establish keeping files to dynamically manage the whole process of pet purchase, adoption, transfer, birth, loss and death.

(two) residents of the base to buy and raise dogs and cats, shall submit a written application to the residential property management station in advance. After passing the preliminary examination, you must register with the health and epidemic prevention department of the oilfield, and go to the animal epidemic prevention supervision station in Hami area (address: opposite to Hami Jiuxiao, Bayi Road, Tel:) for the preliminary examination, and then sign the Pet Feeding Agreement with the property management station to handle the Pet Feeding License.

(3) If the residents of the base raise homing pigeons, they shall submit a written application to the residential property management station with the license certificate and quantity restriction of the Hami area homing pigeon association in advance, and after verification by the property management station, they shall sign an agreement with the property management station for pet breeding in the base and apply for a pet breeding license.

(four) the fact that pets are kept (born) shall be reported to the residential property management station within days after the fact, and shall be put on record, and shall be handled within days after it becomes a fact.

(5) Transfer the pet a few days ago, and report to the residential property management station if the pet is lost or died later. After verification, the feeding agreement and feeding license should be changed within days.

(6) The validity period of the base pet keeping agreement is one year, and the pet keeping license is verified once.

Article 7 Dogs and cats must undergo health quarantine every time. Every time a dog is injected with rabies vaccine, the quarantine result or certificate (original) must be submitted to the residential property management station for preservation.

Article 8 Breeders must strictly manage their pets and observe the following provisions:

(1) Do not bring dogs or pets to hurt people or affect the lives of neighbors or others;

(2) Dogs and pets are not allowed to be scattered, and identification cards must be worn when going out, and must be led by adults;

(3) Dogs and pets are restricted to activities in this residential area; Do not enter commercial outlets, office areas, cultural and entertainment places, restaurants (canteens) and main roads of the base and other public places;

(four) dogs and pets urinate when they leave home, and the breeder must remove them in time, so as not to pollute the environment;

(five) it is not allowed to gather people in the base for pet trading or exhibition;

(six) when a dog or pet is sick, the breeder shall promptly send it to the animal husbandry and veterinary department to prevent the spread of the epidemic; , 1 2
