Precautions for house inspection:

Check the sockets: it is best to bring an electric pen to check whether each socket has electricity, whether the switch is in good condition and whether it can be turned on normally. Although it will be changed in the future, it cannot be a reason to cut corners. Check whether the window and glass are sealed, installed vertically, and whether the glass is scratched. Whether the window hinge is intact and whether the window switch is normal. Check whether the entrance door is installed vertically, whether the door lock is intact, whether the hinge is opened and closed smoothly, whether the lock tongue is safely retracted, and whether the cat's eye is installed in place. Check whether the ground is flat and cracked. Check whether the wall is smooth, vertical and cracked. Knock on the wall at will, and you can hear the sound of empty valley. Check the ceiling for flatness, cracks and vertical corners. Check whether the indoor faucet is turned on normally, and whether there is water or not. Check whether a natural gas alarm is installed. Heat and pressurize to ensure that there is no obvious pressure drop of 6-8Mp for half an hour. Basically do the above, you can check and accept the new house and live in peace of mind.
