In order to further improve the quality of elevator maintenance in our district, deal with all kinds of elevator failures in time and facilitate the supervision of the masses, we now put forward the information disclosure requirements for elevator maintenance personnel, and all units are requested to comply with them.

Third, the job requirements

1. All elevator users shall designate special personnel to make elevator maintenance personnel publicity boards in accordance with the Notice on Implementing Elevator Maintenance Personnel Publicity (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), and post them side by side with the elevator use signs in obvious parts of the elevator;

2, elevator maintenance units should actively cooperate with the use of units to carry out the work, timely and accurately provide relevant information, such as personnel changes to inform the use of units to update;

3, elevator inspection and testing institutions in the elevator regular inspection, the publicity content as elevator data management rules and regulations for review, who did not implement according to the requirements of the Notice, judged to be unqualified;

4, special equipment supervision institutions in law enforcement inspection, the publicity content as the elevator safety management system key inspection items. If the publicity content does not meet the requirements, it will be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
