Can I complain about the unreasonable price increase of cigarettes in the canteen?

Cigarette price increases can be complained through the following channels:

1. The parties may complain to the local market supervision administration or the price bureau. If they want to report a complaint, they need to provide detailed complaint information such as the address and name of the store in order to handle it according to law;

2. The parties can complain to the administrative department for industry and commerce, which will investigate the behavior of the merchants. If the merchants violate the law, the market supervision and management department will impose administrative penalties on the merchants, enterprises and merchants according to the investigation results, including revocation of business licenses, fines, confiscation of illegal income, and ordering to suspend business.

3. The parties can complain to the consumer association and directly call the consumer rights protection platform 123 15 to reflect their own problems and ask them to help protect their rights;

4. The parties can also call the hotline of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau 123 13 to report that the disorderly price increase of cigarettes purchased by the commissary is suspected of violating the relevant laws and regulations of tobacco monopoly.

Disputes over consumers' rights and interests between consumers and business operators can be resolved through the following channels:

(a) negotiated settlement with the operator;
