Article 8 of the contract stipulates: "The seller shall deliver the commodity house that meets the following conditions (that is, the commodity house has passed the acceptance) and conforms to the contract to the buyer before April 30, 20, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and local people's governments."

Article 11 of the contract stipulates: "After the commercial house meets the delivery conditions, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing to handle the delivery procedures.
