The suspects Ren Mou (17 years old), Nan Mou (17 years old), (16 years old) and Yu Mou (15 years old) are problem of juvenile of this school. They are tyrants at school, and they have been wandering around the society since they were expelled from school for bad conduct.

In March 2004, Ren found Nan and Zhou, who were also worried about money. Because both of them were under the age of 18, they would not be sentenced to death. Several people discussed and wanted to make a "big deal" together, preparing to kidnap a rich boy and extort money from his family.

Nanmou proposed to kidnap Xiaoyu, an experimental middle school student in Daxing District whom he had known before. Because Xiaoyu usually spends a lot of money, so the family should be richer. Several people unified their goals and began to prepare for the crime.

Case course

On the evening of April 20th, 2004, Ren Mou, Nan Mou, Mou Yang and Yu Mou came to an experimental middle school in Daxing District, and through Nan Mou's understanding, Xiao Yu was cheated out of the school.

After the light rain came out, several people surrounded the light rain, took out daggers, wires and other things prepared in advance, and forced the light rain to a demolition site near the Rhine River Community in Sing Tao Jiayuan, Yizhuang Town, Daxing District.

Case results

Xiaoyu's parents were anxious after receiving the blackmail call, and immediately prepared to raise money to contact the kidnappers. However, after the first call, they found that there was no news of Xiaoyu, which made them feel cold and immediately called the police.

The police immediately conducted a careful investigation after receiving the police, and quickly locked in four suspects who kidnapped Xiaoyu and arrested them.

On April 22, the police successfully arrested four of them, and four criminals confessed their criminal facts.

On June, 2004, the Beijing Intermediate People's Court held a hearing on this case. Although the nature of this case is bad and the circumstances are serious, all four defendants are minors and are not suitable for the death penalty. Therefore, the following judgments are made: the defendant Ren and Nan were sentenced to life imprisonment, and the defendant Yang 65438 was sentenced.
