Legal analysis: the property fee of shops is generally 5- 15 yuan/ping. The more expensive the property fee, the better the overall service. Moreover, the property fee is cheap and the service is less. Generally speaking, the charging standard represents the highest charging standard for property services. If the corresponding requirements are not met, the property will usually reduce the fees as appropriate.

(4) Greening and maintenance costs in the property management area;

(5) Maintenance cost of regional order in property management;

(seven) depreciation of fixed assets of property management enterprises;

(8) Used parts of the property, used facilities and equipment and public liability insurance fees;

(9) Other expenses agreed by the owner.
