In accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Property Management, the owners' committee shall conclude a written property service contract with the property service enterprise selected by the owners' congress. Property service contracts shall stipulate property management matters, service quality, service fees, rights and obligations of both parties, management and use of special maintenance funds, property management premises, contract term, liability for breach of contract, etc. Therefore, the responsibility scope of the property company is determined according to the property service contract signed with the owners' committee. Referring to the model text of Beijing Property Services Contract, the property services provided by Party B (namely the property management company) include the following main contents: 1. Formulate the property service work plan and organize its implementation; Save relevant engineering drawings, documents and completion acceptance data. According to the authorization of laws, regulations and management regulations, formulate relevant systems for property services; 2.
