In the past two years, with the expansion of the company's business. Sometimes, just two days after I got home, I received the task assigned by the company. Because dealing with the education department, efficiency is very important, so I have to give up my rest time. In order to meet customers at the first time, I often rush on the road on Saturday and Sunday. I still remember that I handled the business in Shandong and Tianjin in 165438+ 10. Many factors, such as wide supply range, large quantity, unfamiliarity with local conditions and inconvenient communication, have increased the difficulty of delivery. But timely delivery is necessary, which is related to the company's image and reputation. During the launch of 20 10 in Tianjin in February, more than 400 schools in 9 counties and districts of the city were really at a loss at first and didn't know where to start. Later, I slowly sorted out my thoughts and worked out a specific delivery plan. Find a good warehouse in Tianjin first. After the goods arrive in Tianjin, the company will deliver them in the warehouse first, and then deliver them to all households. In the process of distribution, we will get up at 6 o'clock every morning and go outdoors for distribution, distribution, loading and so on in the weather of-10 degrees. For several days, we all ate without a meal.
