I don't know about property. Location: Shangcheng is on Chengdong Road, and Yilongwan is on the West Ring Road. There is not much difference between the two, just a little difference between Yilongwan. If public transportation is considered, it will be better in the urban area. No.303, 18 and 2 1 all take Dongboyuan Station, and No.2 and 2 1 in Yilongwan are more convenient. By car, the West Ring Road in Yilongwan can connect the streets of Fuhou, Zijin and Taihang, to the south, to Changzhi County and the railway station, and to the east. It's almost the same to drive in the city, but it's a bit far to go out of the city and cross the whole city. Facility city is superior to uptown. Yilongwan has not been fully developed. The nearest entertainment place is Parinya Hotel, and then the passenger center. Shangcheng is close to Dongbo Garden, so the facilities are more perfect than Yilongwan. I think the environment in Yilongwan is better!
