Property regulations on parking locks

The provisions of the property on parking locks are in accordance with the provisions of the Property Law: property companies cannot install parking locks on parking spaces to rent parking spaces. Because ground parking spaces should belong to all owners, or buyers, transferees and lessees of parking spaces, but never to property management companies, only property management companies can decide how to use parking spaces and parking locks, and property management companies have no right to decide to install parking locks themselves. Property companies can only charge fees after signing contracts with relevant owners and car owners.
