Anhui Lvan Property Management Co., Ltd. is responsible for the property management business in Anhui Province, with large-scale property custody in Hefei, Anqing, Bengbu and Wuhu. Founded in August 2004, the company is an independent accounting, self-management, self-financing and self-development professional property management enterprise with independent legal personality. At present, the planned area of "International Huadu" taken over by the company is 700,000 square meters, which has been developed in five phases. The first phase of Jinyuan, the second phase of Rose Garden, the third phase of Tianxiangyuan, the fourth phase of Tanruoyuan and the fifth phase of Daisy Garden have all been delivered. 200,000 square meters of office buildings and commercial facilities are under development and construction, among which Blocks A, B and C of Blue Ocean International Building have been delivered. "Haydn Mansion" has a planned area of 600,000 square meters and will be developed in four phases. Among them, Na Wei City Phase I and Diaoyuncheng Phase II have been delivered, and the remaining three and four phases are under development and construction. Buildings C and D of Yinghai International Building have also been put into use.
