Is it better to be a teller in the Postal Savings Bank or a property management company?

Postal savings bank is a state-owned enterprise, and cities and counties are not independent legal persons. The property management company should be an independent legal person and be responsible for its own profits and losses. If the benefits are good, it should be better than the Postal Savings Bank.
