Beijing Beichen Industrial Co., Ltd. is exclusively established by Beijing Beichen Industrial Group Company (Beichen Group Company). The business of the company is mainly engaged in property investment, property development and retail business. The Group's investment properties are mainly large-scale comprehensive property groups with a total construction area of 470,000 square meters, which are mainly leased, operated and managed in the Asian Olympic business circle. Property development includes diversified and multi-level property development and sales of houses, apartments, villas and office buildings. At present, the retail business is Beichen Shopping Center, which will develop into a chain in the future, focusing on the Olympic Center and retail commercial projects, Beichen Building and Green Home retail commercial projects.

The enterprise has 12 management departments, including sales department, exhibition department, catering department, business center, security department and engineering department. The sales department has a professional exhibition sales project manager. Under the leadership of the general manager of the enterprise, all departments work together to provide satisfactory services to the guests to the maximum extent. The Party Committee of the enterprise is subordinate to the Party Committee of Beijing Beichen Industrial Co., Ltd., with party member 170 people, and consists of sales department, catering department, customer service department, trade exhibition department, engineering department, security department, financial purchasing department, departments and retirees' party branch 10 people.

The enterprise youth league Committee has 23 members 123, 22 league cadres and 6 league branches. "Youth Civilization" team 16, including 3 national, 6 Beijing municipal and 7 regimental teams, was awarded the title of "Beijing May 4th Red Flag Youth League Committee" by the Communist Youth League Committee.

The enterprise trade union consists of 7 branches and 36 trade union groups, with a total of 620 members.
