In order to ensure the smooth road traffic safety and all kinds of mass activities in this city during the Spring Festival, according to the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, the relevant matters concerning strengthening some road traffic management measures in this city during the Spring Festival of 2023 are hereby notified as follows:

The traffic management department of the public security organ will take temporary traffic management measures for Hanyang Avenue (Qingchuan Avenue to Wu Qin Road), Parrot Avenue (Lanjiang Road to Guishan South Road), and Xiaqiao Ramp of Macanghu Road on the Second Ring Road as appropriate. Motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians should obey the command of the traffic police and relevant management personnel and pass according to the instructions of traffic signs. Units and citizens involved in controlled road sections should arrange their work and life in advance and choose public transportation.

6. Anyone who violates the provisions of this circular shall be punished by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.
