Why can't people live in the garage?

If high-power electrical appliances such as air conditioners, heaters and induction cookers are used for a long time, they will accelerate the aging of circuits and easily cause fires. There are also some households who modify the circuit without authorization and connect it privately, which is more likely to cause a fire. Garages are generally not connected to natural gas pipelines. In order to solve the problem of cooking, gas tanks and cookers are often placed in the garage, which increases the fire safety hazard. Because most garages are closed, carbon monoxide poisoning may also occur if coal is improperly used for heating in winter. If the owner uses the garage originally used for parking cars for living, it will change the use of the garage.

If the owners need to change the use of public buildings and facilities according to law, they shall inform the property service enterprises after handling the relevant formalities according to law; If the realty service enterprise really needs to change the use of public buildings and facilities, it shall be submitted to the owners' meeting for discussion and approval, and the owners shall go through the relevant formalities according to law.
