On September 8th, the mobilization meeting of "Two Visits and Two Innovations" was held in Wuchang. Zhang Changer stressed that colleges and universities should accurately grasp the key points of activities, take "full coverage of teachers and students" as the basic requirements, take "changing the style of cadres, teaching and educating teachers, and growing up college students" as the theme of activities, fully learn from the successful experience in the previous stage of the "30,000" activities, and make efforts in "full coverage", "increasing feelings", "maintaining stability" and "building mechanisms". In his speech, Guo Shenglian put forward clear requirements for the leaders of participating universities to implement the spirit of the conference. Colleges and universities should further clarify the characteristics of running schools, seek development with characteristics and strengthen their strength. Party Committee secretaries and organization ministers of 22 universities in the province/KLOC-0 attended the meeting, and 8 universities including Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Huazhong Agricultural University and Wuhan University made exchange speeches at the meeting.
