Four institutions under the Housing and Construction Bureau

According to Baidu Law, the Housing and Construction Bureau has ten institutions as follows:

Office; Policy, Regulations and Approval Section; The preliminary work part; Housing Security and Housing Management Section; Real estate and property management section; Construction Industry and Civil Air Defense Management Section; Municipal Facilities Management Section; Landscaping Management Section; Urban environmental construction management section; Transportation management section, etc.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China is a newly established central ministry under the background of the reform of the central "Ministry system" in 2008. As an integral part of the State Council, it is in charge of the construction administration of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the administrative affairs of national construction. Its predecessor was1March, 1979 12, and the central government approved the establishment of the "National Urban Construction Bureau", which is directly under the jurisdiction of the State Council and managed by the State Capital Construction Committee. On March/0/5, 2008, according to the institutional reform plan of the State Council adopted at the first session of the 11th National People's Congress, the Ministry of Construction was changed to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
