In order to save money, some property units only check the elevator once every few months, and even invite people to check if something goes wrong. The phenomenon of inspection evasion, missed inspection and annual inspection lag is very serious. In addition, excessive abnormal opening and use, elevator overload, etc. It has laid a hidden danger for the safety of elevators.

Every time you step on or leave the escalator, it is a big adventure, especially when the steps of the escalator disappear under our feet. At this time, all kinds of clothes or a certain part of your body may get stuck on the escalator. In recent years, escalator accidents are common.

In view of the fact that it is not uncommon for people to be involved in escalators, once it happens, the loss will be very large. Therefore, emergency training should also be given to service personnel in public places where escalators are installed. So as a passenger, how to take the escalator is the safest?

1. The designer of the escalator has designed an insurance (which may not be very efficient). No matter up or down, there should be a red emergency stop button under one side of the escalator. Generally, the button position is selected in a place that will not be easily triggered, but it is actually relatively easy to find as long as you pay attention carefully.

When it is confirmed that someone is involved in the elevator, people around you should quickly find this button and press it decisively.

2. Only when it is confirmed that someone is involved should you press the emergency stop button decisively. In non-emergency situations, don't press this button by mistake or playfully, otherwise the emergency stop will easily cause passengers to fall, roll over or trample.

3. Don't use crutches, walking sticks, walkers, wheelchairs or other wheeled trolleys to climb stairs.

4. Don't take the escalator barefoot or with loose shoes. Some sandals, including hole shoes, are thin and loose, and the toe or side of the shoes are easily caught by the gap of the elevator, causing elevator accidents. When wearing a long skirt or carrying articles on the escalator, please pay attention to the skirt and articles to avoid being caught. Before entering the escalator, tie your shoelaces and pay attention to loose and shaky long skirts, dresses and other clothes to prevent them from being caught by the edge of the steps and comb plates.

5. The entrance is orderly, don't push, help the elderly, children and the disabled to stand first. When landing, be sure to keep an eye on a certain step under your feet, that is, be careful not to step on the safety warning line under your feet.

6. Slow and steady, enter quickly. If you have poor eyesight, you should be more careful.
